Welcome to Southern Mastic Roofing Ltd
Founded in 1998 by Managing Director, Stuart Flisher.
A family run business, which has developed over the years into a successful roofing contractor, operating throughout London and the Home Counties.
Southern Mastic Roofing Ltd began its humble beginnings as a Mastic Asphalt contractor supplying labour and materials to projects throughout London and surrounding counties.
However, over the years SMR have expanded our company and moved into other disciplines of roofing and waterproofing, such as, Hotmelt, Reinforced Bitumous Membranes, Liquid Waterproofing and Single Ply.
We are NFRC, SPRA, SMAS and Construction Line registered, as well as being approved by multiple waterproofing suppliers.
Hot Melt
Hot melt waterproofing systems are engineered to exceed the lifetime of the building, and are specifically manufactured to provide durable waterproofing for high traffic roof areas.
Cold Applied Liquid
Cold Liquid waterproofing systems have become a popular choice due to the simplicity of installation and versatility of the systems.
The range of cold liquid waterproofing systems are fast curing and have a long lifespan.
Reinforced Bitumous Membranes
Reinforced Bitumen Membranes (RBM) combine strength with longevity to provide a durable waterproofing solution. Suitable for all roof applications, with a variety of options to meet all build and cost requirements.
Single Ply Membranes
The single ply membranes are made from flexible PVC-p (polyvinyl chloride) that offer strong resistance to tears and punctures and can withstand extreme weather conditions, whilst providing a cost effective solution to waterproofing all roof types.
Mastic Asphalt
Specially formulated mastic asphalt solutions for roofing that uses advanced polymer technologies to provide long term durability, increased fatigue resistance, improved temperature stability and ease of installation.
